Here at The Family Dog, we offer one-on-one dog grooming in a serene environment & cage-free home boarding where your furry family member can feel right at home.

When you book a stay for your dog with us, we pick them up at your home and transport them to our 3000+ sq ft home, which sits on approximately 2 acres nestled in Westchester’s Yorktown Heights. Our home is fully dog-friendly and we offer cage-free boarding, so your pup sleeps wherever they feel most relaxed, and hangs out wherever we are. If you have crate-trained your dog we can accommodate that if that is your preference. Our property is treated with a pet and child-safe organic tick and mosquito deterrent for added safety, comfort and peace of mind.

We want to focus on providing the most hospitable and loving experience for your fur baby so we limit our fur guests to 3 at a time. Every dog’s stay is customized to their preferences, including sleep areas, feeding, play and activities, grooming and more!
